  • To help top management and professionals of Hong Kong listed companies master the evolving trend in corporate governance and common ethical challenges, the ICAC has brought together the regulators, relevant professional bodies, and major chambers of commerce to organise a Conference on Business Ethics for Listed Companies 2017, namely “Corporate Governance: Compliance and Beyond”

  • Tailor-made services include providing corruption prevention training for different levels of staff; providing assistance and guidance on the formulation, implementation and review of corporate anti-corruption policies and programmes; and covering corruption risk management, design and implementation of corruption prevention control measures, ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, promulgation of anti-corruption practices, etc.
